12 simple keys to happiness.

1. No worries & no hatred.

2. Experience life. Take chances and risks. LIVE.

3. Forgive and forget- let go.

4. Realize that the people who TRULY want to be in your life, will find a way to stay there. Be there for the people who care. Nobody else deserves your effort.

5. If someone judges you because of your past, be sure to put them there. Expect the same in return.

6. Appreciate every second… or one day you will realize you’ve lost the moon while counting the stars.

5. Be smart. The purpose of life is not to “find yourself,” it’s to create yourself.

6. Be a product of your past, not a prisoner of it. Use your past to create a better you because what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger… letting it kill you is your choice.

7. Be strong. Weakness is a choice.

8. Accept what you cannot control, make the best of what you can.

10. Expect less, give more.

11. Remember that dreams don’t only have to exist when you’re sleeping.

“It’s time to get back to the Constitution” -Rick Perry

Man, I am LOVING this group of Republican candidates.

Cliches.

I have never considered myself above them. Yes, they are overused, and sometimes, downright irksome. But they’re cliche for a reason. They’re overused for a reason. Overtime, that reason is just lost… but I love bringing the reason back to life- making a cliche meaningful again.

Some say the world will end in fire

Some say in ice.

From what I’ve tasted of desire,

I hold with those who favor fire.

But if it had to perish twice,

I think I know enough of hate

To say that for destruction ice

is also great

and would suffice.

Kesha says it best…

“I’m in love alright, with my crazy, beautiful life.”

And I’ll find strength in pain, and I will change my ways. I will know my name as it’s called again.

does anybody else think Jennifer Lawrence looks way too old to play Katniss?

idk… I’m seventeen, and I feel like if I saw Jennifer Lawrence (yes, even with no makeup and dark hair, and sporting the Katniss look) walking around my school… I think i’d be like “that girl can’t be in my grade… she looks twenty-five.” And I pictured Katniss with a very skinny, teenager-y build… i don’t know maybe i’m going crazy…

Just me?

i’m still waiting for what i was promised

because that five second shit promo didn’t cut it.

NYU. I am disappointed. How am I supposed to defend you to my parents when you do whimpy shit like this?

A boy is but a shoe…

1. Shoes come in endless shapes, sizes and colors. You may have a preference for those tall, beige pumps, or possibly for something shorter or chunkier.

2. Shoes can hurt your sole—and boys can too (but they hurt the one that’s not on your foot).

3. Hot shoes can give you confidence to take on the world, and so can a hot boy.

4. Sometimes you have to throw out the old raggedy pair to make room for the new, beautiful Italian one you just ordered.

5. If you don’t take care of them, they can become damaged and smelly.

6. The tall, gorgeous ones hurt you the most.

7. You really don’t need thirty-seven pairs (like me), but it’s nice to have them around.

8. You can become highly distressed when you lose that one special pair.

9. You sometimes need to take an over-used pair to the repair shop.

10. And finally, you always want to take a ride on the wild side with those crazy cheetah print patterns and 6 -inch heels, but in the end you’ll slip on a nice pair of comfortable Uggs or Converse and realize that was all you ever really needed.

About:

You have one life, don't waste it. Live the life you love and answer to only yourself. Those who love you for you, will be there forever. Eff the rest. They don't deserve your wasted time, anyway. Spend your time with the people who love you, doing the things you love. Mess up, grow up, learn. Be you- no matter how badly you mess up or what amazing things you achieve, nobody will ever have the privelege of saying they are you. So own yourself. Own who you are. And as you walk or dance or skip or run, or whatever you please, make sure you leave a footprint or two.
